Cost and Limitations

Our pricing is simple and easy to understand, there are no hidden costs

We have a one time licensing fee and a monthly on going support fee. Optional costs for integrated electronic claim filing and patient notification are paid directly to our partners, eyefinity and Apex EDI for claim filing and Vision software for automated patient notification. In order to meet meaningful use objectives for e-prescribing and direct messaging there are additional per provider fees for these features (see pricing structure below)

One time licensing fee: $7,995.00

Cost and Limitations

This certified product (Cyclops version 4) may require ongoing monthly cost to support the following:

  • Secure Messaging service (170.314.e.3) fee: $25.00 per provider
  • Electronic prescribing(170.314.b.3) fee: $50.00 per provider
  • Unlimited workstations
  • Unlimited access to our Customer Support
  • All standard features and updates

Contractual Limitations

There are no contractual obligations

Termination and Data Extraction fees may apply.

This certified product (Cyclops version 4) may require one-time cost to establish interfaces for the following:

  • Secure Messaging service (170.314.e.3) fee: $100.00 per provider

Optional Services fees

  • Eyefinity and ApexEDI electronic claim filing
  • Vision software patient notification fees for the above mentioned services vary by plan and are paid directly to the entities listed above, the fees are not associated with the use of Cyclops Eyecare Records.

If you choose to opt for these services, it is required to contact these entities and initiate an account directly with them.
